Returns an array corresponding to a number expressed in sexagesimal format. Please bear in mind that a negative number expressed in sexagesimal format such as -3° 4´ 22.5˝ corresponds to the number , i.e. the second and third entries should be positive and the sign of the first is applied to all three.
